We are pretty sure they pretended that one of the scooters got stolen. We think they did it in order to get some money from us. In fact, the scooter was locked and they had a copy of the keys. They are cheap, but we had to give them some money extra because of that. They don't have insurance and they don't provide helmets. Don't trust them.
