$5 cheaper than surrounding services You've got to put up with bad attitudes, zero refunds, and poor quality vehicles that do not start 50% of the time

Our experience at Manos Rent A Bike was one of the worst vehicle rental experiences I have ever had. In terms of the quality of the vehicles received, I could not have been more disappointed. I am pretty sure everyone else on the island got a better-maintained and higher quality vehicle than those available at Manos. If you're going to get a quad from them, make sure you pay the extra 5-10 euros per day to get one of their newer models because for the 15 euro/day vehicles are old and start only 50% of the time. It is also clear to me that they have no interest in customer satisfaction. Given that Mykonos is a tourist destination, they have likely reasoned that since the vast majority of their customers will only be one-time customers, their satisfaction comes second to their monetary gains. We had to go back several times because our vehicles wouldn't start and we even had a vehicle that broke down in the middle of the road. Yes, they had to come tow their quad away and yes we had to wait. There are NO refunds here. We discovered on the last day that ANY of their ignition keys can start ANY of their vehicles...so that's a bit strange. As if that wasn't bad enough, we returned two of our 5 vehicles after closing time and placed the keys under their door. After returning in the morning to get our licenses, they claimed that the vehicles that were returned were not ours (they don't seem to keep records and have a very disorganized business). They told us that the two quads we returned actually belonged to other customers accused us of STEALING their quads. We were then pursued and harassed as we tried to depart by taxi to catch our plane. They told all the taxi drivers that we were thieves and not to take us to the airport. Honestly save yourself a headache and rent your vehicle from one of the dozens of other places on the island.
